Singer/songwriter based in Chicago. Tracy has been composing music since she attended summer camp in the 1970s, where she experienced alternative forms of worship and discovered the power of expressing prayer through music. She has written a variety of music over the years, including composing the score for "Love in the Catskills," a musical comedy produced in Skokie, IL in 1999. Tracy recorded her first CD, When All is Said and Done, in 2004, and donates a portion of every sale to One Family Fund, an organization providing financial, legal and emotional assistance to victims of terrorism in Israel. Tracy is also Founder and Coordinator of the Midwest Jewish Singer/Songwriter Association, which brings together local artists to share their music and network with each other on a bi-monthly basis. |
