IN OUR SUKKAH
In our Sukkah there's happiness and light Visitors come and there's much rejoicing lah lah lah..... (x2)
Mother and also Dad, and sisters and brother, My uncle, for whom I waited so eagerly, A pretty girl with a ribbon in her thin dress, The wind stole in with her into the Sukkah.
In our Sukkah...............
A round moon peeks down between the leaves Sends a rainbow of light into my Sukkah Grandpa and also Grandma with wide smiles With a bag of apples straight from the Moshav.
In our Sukkah...............
A small bird Two butterflies, with golden wings The rays of the sun, without permission, with chutzpah, Make circles of light on the floor.
In our Sukkah...............
And peeping between the roof leaves the stars twinkle They are also among my important visitors It's so nice for me, so pleasant and happy The festival fills my Sukkah with visitors.
In our Sukkah...............
